First Grade and Middle School Spreading Love

On Valentine's Day, the pets at Dallas Animal Services experienced the most heart-melting Valentine’s Day surprise, thanks to the incredible kindness of Hockaday’s First Graders!
Middle and Lower School students crafted personalized valentines for each pet, spreading joy throughout the shelter.

The girls visited the shelter, distributing valentines and sharing moments with our pets. The shelter is sending these valentines home with pets when they get adopted! First Grade’s Social Impact theme is “Animals,” which made this a perfect match!
