Capital One Coding Club

Middle School’s Capital One Coding Club worked with Capital One mentors today to build a website homepage!
The girls are working on pages that explore their interests (plants, tennis players, baking, etc.), and are learning specifically about anchors in HTML ((HyperText Markup Language) coding. Each student is assigned a one-to-one mentor from Capital One who assists them throughout the year. The mentors work directly within Capital One’s personalized curriculum and guide our students through problem-solving, teamwork, and the basic principles of software development and web design.
