Hockaday Rowers Win National Title

Hockaday Rowing qualified six boats in five events for USRowing's Youth National Championships in May. All five boats advanced to the "A" Final at the four-day Youth Nats Regatta in Florida in June, where the top eight boats race for a National Championship.
Hockaday's Under-17 Double, made up of Peyton Johnson (Class of 2026) and Lillian Sells (Class of 2026), won the national title! Hockaday also took bronze in the Under-19 Second Varsity Quad, finished fourth in the Varsity Straight Four, and finished seventh in both the Under-19 Varsity Quad and the Under-17 Varsity Quad. Hockaday's Under-17 "B" Quad finished 18th overall.
