Faculty Head to DIGS
Lower School Science teachers Lara Guerra and Amy Banks spent a great day at DIGS, the Dallas Inner-City Growers Summit.
They heard some amazing things about the ways local, small growers are having a positive impact on food insecurity. They even got to try some vegan paella courtesy of Chef Amber Williams. The future looks bright as they bring back some exciting ideas to share with their students!
