A Note from Lisa Culbertson

Dear Upper School Families,

The Upper School hallways are finally filled with plaid and saddle oxfords again! I hope your daughter’s report about retreat week was full of stories of joy and excitement about starting a new school year. At the beginning of the year, we will be focusing on the cornerstones of courtesy and character. We started this with our assembly this past Wednesday about the incredible service opportunities available through the School and we will be welcoming Dr. Sandra Chapman for an assembly on Tuesday, September 17. I encourage you to take a look at the calendar to keep up-to-date with all of the activities – from service opportunities to athletics to college counseling workshops – that the girls will participate in this year.  One date to keep in mind is our Mini-School night on Thursday, September 19. This will be a great way to meet your daughter’s teachers and get a sense of her daily experience in the Upper School.

I am looking forward to a fantastic year together!

Go Daisies!

Sincerely,
Lisa Culbertson
